SHINee Inspired Fashion

..or rather Key inspired fashion :) I've been searching an buying clothes that are very similar to Key's. Whether it's his stage fashion, airport fashion, or just plain everyday fashion, I've been searching and have been successful so far in creating his Sherlock look and an outfit he wore at SMTOWN. I am excited to continue to find clothes that resemble his. I absolutely adore his fashion. Besides, every locket knows Key wants a girl that's fashionable. "I think girls with style are more beautiful than ones with a pretty face." ♥ Dear Key, you are just super sweet. Now if you only had time to date, you'd probably be the perfect boyfriend for any girl.

I think I will also do fashion inspired by Taemin or Jonghyun. I love all of their fashion to an extent, but I love Key's the most.

SMTOWN LA 2012

So..I didn't go, but I saw it via live stream. The person who live streamed it will remain unknown. But I adore this person for streaming it. I saw Key and he looked excited to be here. All the of SM artists looked like they truly enjoyed their stay in the US. To those that have yet to travel back, I hope you have a safe flight. 집에 안전하게 얻을. I truly enjoyed watching the concert. You all performed amazingly. Key, you certainly surprised me. Two special stages, along with the songs that you did with SHINee, I am impressed that you still had so much energy and the fact that you adapted to the time change so fast. But that is why you are Almighty Key. Love you ♥ It's also good to know you got home safely.

A Sad Locket Am I

SMTown is kicking off their World Tour on Sunday in LA. Does this locket get to go? No, of course not. Keeping tabs on when SHINee left and arrived makes me feel a little better, knowing they got here safely. But as the days continue to pass, I feel more sad. It's sad, but SHINee is what makes me smile. And knowing that I given more than enough warning to my parents about wanting to go..even having the money to go...I still wasn't able to go. I could understand if I was still a kid and had school, but I'm an adult who finished off my school semester two weeks ago. But parents will be parents, especially when they only have one child. Restrict them from doing what they want to do in order to keep your precious little girl or boy. It's time to let go and let me live my life. Let me travel, have amazing new experiences. Don't keep me locked up because you're afraid of the world. This locket hopes and prays that SMTown will come to NYC this year. It's only 8 hours away, a three day, weekend trip, is all I ask for.
 I just want to see his perfect smiling face in person...just once.

Birthday

So today is my boyfriend's birthday. What better to do than make a blog post about his SHINee birthday present :)
I've printed a ton a SHINee stationary since he loves to write. I've made him a SHINee pen, and ordered a SHINee poster...well the poster..that's for me lol. But he loves SHINee almost as much as me, so this year was an easy one for presents.


My birthday is coming up shortly. It's right after Taeminnie's ♥ . So what did I ask for for my birthday?  A simple trip to Japan so I can see at least one concert of SHINee's Japan Tour. What did my parents say to that? "You must be out of your mind if you think you're going all the way to Japan to see them!" Okay cool...what about Cali? "No you're not traveling across the country to see them!" .....okay. Can I go to the "I AM" premiere in NYC? "That's 8 hours away" ...your point? I think they fail to realize that SHINee comes to the US about twice a year. They need to try and see it that way and grant me the one birthday wish I really want.

Piercings

I have a love for piercings. I got my first lobes done as a baby, second at 18 and third at 19. I got my cartilage (helix) done at 19 and my nose also done at 19. I'm craving for more piercings. I'm such a big fan of Key that I'm thinking of getting my conch done next as a reminder that I am a Locket. This piercing, unlike most of my others, will have meaning to them. Not too sure if I will get it this year or next year. It's strange how music or rather people in music can influence your decisions. I don't think I would have even thought to get a conch piercing had I not discovered Key.
Sometime after I get my memorable and meaningful conch piercing, I may go and get my helix on my left ear (currently one on right ear). Possibly fourth holes? Or triple forward helix? The possibilities for piercings are endless.

The Mind of a Locket

My mother asked me "Why do you like SHINee so much? Is this just a phase?" I told her that I love SHINee because they are talented, the shone from their very first performance and it's not a phase. "Are any of the members your favorite?" Why yes, Key. And the conversation went on to "Why do you love Key? You've never met the guy." And thus it began.

Why do I love Key? It was stated in my first post. He's talented, beautiful, smart, and has a wonderful personality. Although people do say, "You can't always believe what you see on TV", I believe that Key is truly  the same way in real life as he is on TV. After I explained that to her, we went shopping for a few things, and I realized, there is always something somewhere that reminds me of Key. Then the possibilities of meeting him begin playing in my mind. "How will I see them? In the SM World Tour...? No..well maybe..." For a Locket that's never met him and loves him from afar, like many other Lockets, this always seems to flow into our minds. How will we react upon meeting Key? Will we try to impress him? Befriend him? Alas, we'll never know exactly what we'll do, even if we plan it because in reality, meeting him will bring so many unexpected feelings, tears, laughter, who knows. But despite all that, we all wish to see him and have that one personal encounter with him that could set our futures into motion. 'Tis all but a fairy tale...for now :)

A Locket? + Introduction

Yes a Locket. What's a Locket you might ask? Those that are Key biased are Lockets. Now..who is this "Key" fellow? Key is one of the most talented men I've ever seen. He is one of the members in the five member group SHINee. Key can rap, sing, dance, and act, earning him the nickname of Almighty Key.
Now is it just because of these talents that there are Key biased fans out there? Possibly. But there's more than just his talents. Key is gorgeous. From the time of SHINee's debut, May 25 2008, to now, Key has matured and has only become more gorgeous. Wait, is that even possible? Ha, well looking at progression pictures of him on google, yes, it is very possible. But now we've heard he's talented and gorgeous..but is that all fans fall for? For some, yes, for me, no. His personality is beautiful. He's funny and smart. He also acts as the "umma" in SHINee. If someone has to do it, might as well be him right? He's just about perfect to millions of girls. How so many wish they could be his Juliette :)

Now that I've said what a Locket is, I'll give a bit of info about myself. The name's Erica. I'm a university student majoring in biomedical science and minoring in music. Two completely different things, but hey, gotta do what you enjoy. I'm obviously a fan of SHINee. I intend on auditioning for SM in the next coming year. I want to be able to prove to people that I have talents, I can sing, I can dance, you just have to give me the chance. I also love Hello Kitty. My room is slowly being decked out in Hello Kitty. My favorite color is blue and I love anime and manga. I think that's just about it. I hope you enjoy my blog, as I'll be making a post every few days. :)
